By accessing the website or application you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
The service
We provide multi-tenant cloud ERP software on a subscription basis. Features depend on your plan and enabled modules.
Accounts
You are responsible for credentials, inviting appropriate users, and activity under your tenant.
Fees
Pricing shown publicly reflects active packages. Taxes, overages, and custom agreements may apply. Non-payment may result in suspension.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to other tenants, reverse engineer beyond law allows, or use the product for unlawful activity.
Data
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to run the service. See the Privacy policy for personal-data handling.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim, except where law forbids such limits.
