Who we are

We provide multi-tenant cloud ERP software. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our marketing site and the application. Contact us via the Contact page for privacy questions.

What we collect

  • Account details you provide (name, email, company) for signup, login, and support.
  • Operational data you enter in the ERP (customers, inventory, invoices, etc.) within your tenant.
  • Technical logs needed to secure and operate the service (e.g. IP, timestamps, error diagnostics).
  • Marketing-site contact messages you voluntarily submit.

How we use data

To provide the product, authenticate users, bill subscriptions, send transactional email via configured SMTP, improve reliability, and respond to legal requests when required.

Tenancy & access

Tenant operational records are isolated by design. Platform operators may access systems for support, billing, and security — under role controls, and with audit of sensitive actions where enabled.

Retention

We retain account and tenant data while the subscription is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing records.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to legal and contractual limits.
